On Sunday, 17th January 2010, with our friends, Philip and Helen, helping
as crew, we made our way to Banbury.
The idea was to moor at Banbury Quay so that Jane could keep her appointment
at Banbury Hospital the following day.
For the first mile or so we only encountered thin ice but as we got nearer
to Banbury the ice became much thicker.
