
By mid afternoon the water level had dropped to about 14 inches so, with
no immediate chance of re-floating,
we advised British Waterways of our situation and Jane spent the afternoon
sunbathing and reading, while I
made best use of the situation by cleaning debris of the propellor which
was, by this time, nicely exposed.
